REFUND POLICY
Self-Serve Courses: Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and access is granted to the product. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on this site.
VIP Sessions: If you become unavailable for your scheduled VIP session, we will work with you to reschedule for another day that suits both parties but that is a courtesy when available, it is NOT guaranteed. A change in your schedule will not grant you a refund of your deposit or your full payment if it has already been made. After you have attended a VIP session, we do not issue refunds for any reason.
Membership Programs (Mastermind): Annual and lifetime memberships are not eligible for refunds due to the time commitment involved and deeply discounted pricing. If you wish to cancel your month-to-month membership in our subscription-based program or Mastermind, cancellation requests are accepted at [email protected]. Cancellation requests for month to month members must be made minimum 45 days prior to your billing date. Monthly memberships fees are not eligible for a refund.
